I have a keen interest in Machine Learning and Data Science.

Competitive Coding

I thoroughly enjoy coding and take part in various competitions and solve a lot of problems in my college and on HackerRank, Codechef and SPOJ.

Android Application Development

I have recently learned android app dev and will be launching an application soon.


I enjoy critically reasoning and debating controversial topics. Losing an argument is an important skill.

I'm extremely nocturnal and have spent many nights hacking away at code.

I write on Quora whenever I feel like I have something new to add, usually about India, life, code and education.


I enjoy hiking, cricket, reading tech news, and have recently taken an interest in Indian politics.

I love Hindi music and have a large Spotify playlist going, cleverly marketed as the Best Hindi Playlist on Spotify. I also like Alesso, Keane and Michael Jackson.

I live off coffee, beer, and 5-hour energy shots, often in that order.

My Myers-Briggs Type Indicator(MBTI) is INTP. The favorite people I supposedly share my personality type with are Albert Einstein, Larry Page and Sergey Brin.

  • Amazon

    SDE Intern

    I was a summer intern at Amazon Hyderabad during summer 2015. I had a lot of fun coding and working on real time projects. I got a Pre-Placement Offer from Amazon.

    I will be joining Amazon again as an intern in January, and as a Full Time Employee after 6 months.

  • IEEE Student Branch Manipal

    SAC Head, TRT Member(Computing), Design Head

    I have been a part of IEEE Student Branch Manipal since January 2013, I have worked for every single department and have been a part of the technical resource team as well. I have designed posters and a magazine as well.

    Recently, I got promoted to SAC Head. Ashish Shah and I together head IEEE Student Branch Manipal. We have an awesome team to support us!

Number Recognition

Created a number recognition system using Octave as a part of the Machine Learning course taught by Andrew Ng.

Zomato Data Scraper

Created a Data Scraper and a Web Crawler to list all the restaurants for a particular category in Zomato, A popular online restaurant discovery guide providing information on home delivery, dining-out, cafés and nightlife.

Android Application

Developed an Android Application based on a Lightweight Music Player as part of my Final Project during my industrial training on Android Application Development. To be launched soon.

Su-Do-Ku Solver

Developed a Su-Do-Ku Solver using Python. Collaborated with a team to make a web application, which can be found Here.
